Land Use Committee
Mission: To educate Chamber members and the business community on overall land use issues and to guide the Chamber board on related matters.

Chair: Will Berg
Meets: 2nd Wednesday, 12:00 p.m.

Business Advocacy Committee
(Formerly the Government Relations Committee)
Mission: Carries out an advocacy program on behalf of the Chamber membership and business community within the governmental and political arenas and fosters an effective working relationship.

Chair: Suzanne Scar
Meets: 2nd Monday, 12:00 p.m.

Water Committee
Mission: To monitor water sources, capacities, qualities and delivery systems that meet economic demands and residential growth.

Chair: William Seaver
Meets: 2nd Monday, 1:30 p.m.

Military Affairs Committee
Mission: Works with our local military installations to foster a relationship between the business community and Armed Forces.

Chair: Ron Van Dyck
Meets: 1st Thursday, 8:00 a.m.

Oxnard Chamber Political Action Committee
Mission: To seek out, evaluate qualifications of, and endorse candidates for public office who support the ideals of our free enterprise system. Oxnard Chamber PAC generally  evaluates candidates for local, county and state offices.

Chair: Anthony J. Taormina
Meets: As needed - Oxnard Chamber PAC is normally only active every two years during the election cycle. Occasionally ballot measures or office vacancies may activate the group in off-election times.

Host Committee
Mission: Acts as welcoming arm of the Chamber; promotes member involvement with programs and events.

Chair: Mark Spellman
Meets: 1st Tuesday, 7:30 a.m.
