Travelers will need to provide a valid passport prior to travel. The Oxnard Chamber of Commerce is able to process your visa provided all information is turned in by January 8, 2009. Arrangements can be made to return passport to you within 10 working days. Click here to download visa application form.

Print it out, fill-in highlighted areas only, and mail to or drop off with two passport-sized photos, and the application fee of $145 at the Oxnard Chamber of Commerce, 400 E. Esplanade Drive, Suite 302, Oxnard, CA 93036.
